    it could be compared with other games which have been in similar situations. Don't like it?
    1) what game has been in a similar situation?
    2) what is the value in making such a comparison?

    1) Aion would be a shining example, and any game that has shut down. (which is essentially what is happening here)
    2) All data has value.

    More importantly, obtaining the data damages nothing.

    Which brings me back to your very first post in this thread: "Who cares?"
