May we have quick clarification regarding the White Ravens (earrings)?

while it doesn't rule out the (very slight) possibility that they'd make a return in ARR, it would be silly to classify something as a seasonal event item only to just make it available permanently afterward- even if they did change how you get them.

it just seems to me like a lot of people are just mulling around wasting time waiting for a dev response to something that already seems pretty clear to everyone else, even if just through simply assuming a worst-case scenario.

it should be obvious enough that there's a 99% chance the earrings won't be coming back. why take that gamble?

I have the earring, and made an effort to get it assuming the content won't be in 2.0

However, how hard is it for a rep to come in here and give us one of the following answers....

-Yes it will be in 2.0

-No it will not be in 2.0

No I didnt - though that is a retarded classification of an item... "seasonal event" for this? wtf? lol

That is telling though - but a rep response would still be helpful.

Also most of my LS is dead or play when I work so doing Raven would only happen if they let me go in solo and QQ lol.

Instead of arguing whether it will or won't be in 2.0, why not just assume it won't be and try to find a group of people who can at least tie their shoes and go in and clear it.

And trust me, I understand how hard it is to find 7 people willing to do this battle, but still...

And no, I don't have my earrings yet, and yes, I should start working on getting enough of my friends together to go in and get this done.

Truly, I haven't made the effort to get a team together for this. It took a party of the best-geared, most seasoned veterans I know a couple of weeks and a fair amount of swearing to beat this fight.

However, I never expected the earrings would be available again through conventional means, so I've dealt with the fact these shinies won't be hanging up in my Armoire until the time comes when I win a Rank 1 prize at the Golden Saucer in version 2.2.
