It ultimately depends on your eyesight and display. Above average eyesight + a true 120hz monitor is just a pleasure I enjoy and like to take advantage of.Indeed, uncapped for PC for sure, but, to play devils advocate, you really can't see much past 60~80 FPS.
Not saying 120 isn't lovely, but you start to exceed basic human limitations of how fast your own eye's see. If you can get a game above 100 FPS constant, it's time to start looking for sweet injectors of sorts to give you more eye candy.
