So basically you've linked to proof that its launching after Jan 2013.... here is the exact quote from that document:

・Post-January 2013 – Version 2.0 client (PC and PlayStation®3 system) goes on sale
- Free trial period ends

That's basically whats going to happen, Having only 1 month of beta is suicide :P. That's why it's on the road map, except we don;t know when "after" Jan 2013 the game will launch. after January the road map is useless to follow (unless they make a new one :P).
