Could someone please list the quest requirements for all the major cities Scenario Quests for the purpose of having a quick and easy way of finding this information as well as to help any of the newer players coming to the world without knowledge of any of this. The reason why I want this jotted down here is because the main scenario quests are available to you right off the bat and continue until you're done with them, however, that is only if you keep up with the rank requirements. I finished the 3rd Scenario Quest and it said to talk to Miounne(Gridania questline) but she wouldn't give me another quest, so i thought i missed something decided to run around looking for the quest but to no avail. Finally i looked online and found out i had to be rank 15 to start the next Scenario Quest... why couldn't it tell me that to begin with? Wasted 2 hours looking for a quest that had prerequisite...
Sorry, not very good at explaining things but i think you got the message. If you could as well list any advice you might have as well as requirements for guild marks etc. it would be alot of help, to everyone, thank you.
