The cutoffs (guidelines) that were actually posted were never appended to the main tab that never left the top. So unless you happened by chance to be checking the page at the time the info was posted - would never know about the cutoffs and go into the game for something that couldn't happen anymore (legacy).

And if they only wanted people who were "up to date" on information to get legacy then they could have left the Legacy tab slide down into history as well - rather then nailing it lol :P
True they should have wrote people register the 90days plan from 6 january to june 30 ..will become legacy ..or give a link to the topic post
