And there is no need to carry all the crafting materials etc. all the time.

I'm so, so, soooo very guilty of doing this, hehe. I know I don't need it, I even made room on my retainers in anticipation of this. Yet I still carry a bunch of crafting materials I simply don't need unless I am crafting. But this brings up an even larger question really:

Won't there be a system for purchasing additional retainers? I also believe they mentioned retainers will be shared across all characters on that account. Correct me if I'm wrong about that. Anyway in that case does it mean that we'll get one retainer for free with the rest of the stuff that retainer cannot hold going along to the NPC that is supposed to store everything for us?

Don't feel guilty! You never know when you might need an impromptu Cobalt set. (seriously though, I carry around full stacks of Cobalt ingots, plates, rivets and rings, Mythril ingots, plates, rivets and rings, Electrum, 6 types of leather, and 4 types of lumber. You just never know when you might feel the urge to mix up a Haubergeon).

But then its your own fault when you will get troubles with inventory space :P
