    While I see tactical advantage for different tier spells, my biggest gripe against removing tiers was that visual differentiation became impossible (since tactically I can adapt, but visually it was a complete loss).

    So yeh.. lol


    Perhaps they can keep the same spell for all tiers. IE (Thunder for I-IV) as you cast the bar will hit checkpoints representing each tier, the point where you stop is the spell you cast. (So longer channels = higher cost, better visual, more damage)
