You had this much time to say all that, but you couldn't take 1-2 sentences to give the person their answer. I don't get it.you dont have to "sit in the forums every day to keep up on all the information." All you have to do is read the producer letters when they come out, and read the news on the website, optionally just bookmark the forum index and watch the dev tracker for new posts every few days.. That doesn't require much effort. You don't have to be a lurker or forum junkie.
IMO if you can't do something as simple as check the official news whenever you're curious enough about it to ask on the forums, then you don't deserve an answer.
Because the person doesn't deserve the answer if they aren't willing to spend a minute or two looking for it before asking about it. Instead, it's a better use of my time scolding them for not being interested enough in information to search for it and instead depending on everyone else to give it.
This date format simplifies sorting events in chronological order (a simple sorting algorithm will put them in the correct order simply being handed the digits without the slashes in this fashion and sorting them from left to right); however, other date formats are used because they are more naturally spoken in a sentence: "Today is January twenty-fourth , twenty-twelve;" versus "Today is twenty-twelve, the twenty-fourth of January" which reads awkwardly in English and uses more words.I never understand why some call this format "military date" other parts other world use this as th default.
Just like the 24 hour clock (I personally use this format for everything).

Am I doing it wrong? Cause I simply emphasize my sarcasm on my opening postBecause the person doesn't deserve the answer if they aren't willing to spend a minute or two looking for it before asking about it. Youre right. I use the format for file name in everyday work: daily progress, minutes of meeting, etcThis date format simplifies sorting events in chronological order (a simple sorting algorithm will put them in the correct order simply being handed the digits without the slashes in this fashion and sorting them from left to right); however, other date formats are used because they are more naturally spoken in a sentence: "Today is January twenty-fourth , twenty-twelve;" versus "Today is twenty-twelve, the twenty-fourth of January" which reads awkwardly in English and uses more words.
