possibility playing with a playing using a mouse?

so in real life i do have a physical disability and i'm currently playing with an on-screen keyboard (i click the keys to move/do actions.) however my biggest problem as of late is autorun, i can't click "w" and "r" at once and in dungeon speed runs it's seriously slowing me down. is there anyway i can change autorun to right click key? or does anyone have an idea that maybe wiring the keys so when i click "w" it also clicks "r" or SE can you allow us to configure the function of the left/right click of our mouse? thank you for your time.

You would have to get a mouse that has programmable / macro buttons.

I'm assuming you have no left hand? You might want to invest in something like a Razer Naga or a Logitech G500. I have the G500 because I have bigger hands and the naga is smaller, it works very well and gives you 6 dependable buttons to program any way you see fit.

Does your mouse have a middle click? (the scroll wheel can click down?) If so you can tap that to Auto run .

Uhh you might be able to macro right click to W+R maybe with something like autohotkey, or a similar program but I'm not sure sorry D:

For now go to Keyboard in game and delete Q and E which are the strafes and don't really work unless your in first person and delete Auto Run from R then bind it to Q or E.
