Gameplay accounts for a lot of a game's playability, shiny game but terrible gameplay is what got FFXIV in trouble in the frist place.. maybe you should learn that FIRST.
FFXIV may be broken, WOW just sucks.. its popularity is strictly based on Hype.. the graphics suck, the gameplay sucks... WOW was never a great MMO it just had a company willing to pay a lot for celebrity endorsements
