    dye should be job of a npc but the gil goes to gatherer. after you gather the dye you can then hand them to a npc and then anyone that wants to dye there gear can gear it at a npc and when it gets to the dye you gathered it will give the gil to you for it. basically like handing in items for seals, exept it works like your ward npc. and it lets people just color there own stuff like most people who like color changing want.

    personally i wouldn't mind seeing mmo's get ride of auctions totally and go with this totally. npc's ...set prices. no more undercutting or stuff like that. npc's get the stuff and you buy it from them like in real life. if we don't hand them in we dont' have any in stock.
