    Angry elementals?

    Hello!

    I ran into this today and I was just wondering if it was new. I had never seen it before.. I thought it was kinda neat!
    Are they supposed to be elementals or something?

    This thread pops up like every 3 weeks. I think it's just some vestige from Tanaka's XIV, and was never fully utilized.
