Made a thread asking a question about the community and it got deleted?

I was away from this forum the last few days and just came back hoping to read into my last thread i started only the realize it seems to have been deleted? It started quite a good discussion and i was really looking forward to reading all the replies.

Why was it deleted because what i posted wasn't offensive at all. Attention forum mods, would you at least make my thread viewable to me? I cant even view it when i check my profile

It's a perfectly reasonable question.

Calling a group of people odd isn't exactly complementary, and while your post may not have been that harsh, it could very easily devolved into a flame war due to the subject.

The thread was titled something like "Why is the FFXIV community so hard to get along with?" I was following it out of curiosity.

The original question was not rude, but many of the responses were not constructive and were simply bashing the player base.
