Small Rant on Seal Rolls in Hamlet parties

How does somebody rolling for a seal even though they do not need one give you less than a 1/8 chance? Somebody needs a math 101 class. That's only true if it's agreed upon beforehand that nobody that has 9 seals can roll, which brings up my argument above. What happens if folks with 9 seals are not allowed to join at all?

To put this another way, the ONLY way your chances could be made worse than 1/8 is if a 9th person could somehow roll for the seal. Comparatively speaking, yes your chances are worse than the person who effectively gets two rolls, but that doesn't mean your chances are any worse than they were before you found out that one person was rolling for another.
