Hi all,
Caide Delancis here. We are a social linkshell that does guild leves, quests, GC stuff and some end game together. We foster a friendly, family oriented atmosphere and welcome players of all ages and regions, only that you speak English to some degree.
If interested please look for Caide Delancis or Sphericah Tempest in game, or go to our web site at http://www.knightsofredemption.org/ and sign up there and post an application. Registration on the web site is mandatory for acceptance into the LS whether you apply in game or through the site.
Here's a little excerpt from our web site's main page & guild polciies:

Welcome to the Knights of Redemption, a Light RP, Social Linkshell found on the Balmung Server of Final Fantasy XIV.
We are a group of friendly individuals who enjoy the game, like to do end game content, compay missions, or just group up for some crafting, gathering or leves.
If you are interested in joining please register on the site and then head on over to the forums and post an introduction in the recruitment area.
Thanks and take care!
Caide Delancis, Leader of the Knights of Redemption

Guild Policies
First, we do not allow cursing, sexual topics of discussion or vulgar speech or jokes in our linkshell. Furthermore we ask that any topics regarding religion, politics, or other sensitive topics, respect the comfort levels of those viewing the conversation. If for any reason, someone asks you to stop talking about something that is making them uncomfortable, you must comply.
Like the first rule, treat others how you would *like* to be treated at all times. For all of us, that means being kind, friendly, and good to others.
If you ask for help, please do not nag people about it. People are willing to help, and are expected to, to some degree, as their time and personal goals in game allow, but that does not give others a right to feel entitled to help at the time of their choosing from the people of their choosing. The basic rule is that if you can help someone, have the time, and don't have anything else going on, you should. On the flip side, if you are asking for help, do not expect others drop everything they have going on just to help you. Be conscious of others desires to play the game for their characters first, and considerate of their time and availability. I think, at the end of the day, if we are all sensible and sensitive towards others when asking for help and when offering it, we won't have any issues.
Drama. It happens in every guild/clan/linkshell from time to time so I am not going to be a drama nazi. We all have things that come up in life, bad days, heck bad months, right? The only rule here is to keep the drama off the linkshell chat the moment it starts to get heavy (and see rule #1), and reserve it for tells. We also ask people to resolve conflicts as peacefully as possible and to not drag other members of the linkshell into things. We are here for each other as a group of in-game friends, whether that's for game stuff, or, according to each person's individual comfort levels, for irl stuff as well. There will inevitably be conflicts between members at times, but as long as we try to do our best to be good people, I believe we can resolve almost any issue that comes up.
