

No, you can't promise me anything. Unless you have actual numbers to back up your claim. Anecdotal claims and conjecture are not "proof".
And really, that makes no difference. If it helps even one person physically harm another, it's not worth it. What would you say when a system that you are wholeheartedly promoting helped lead to someone being injured in real life due to no fault of their own? "Oh well, it's collateral damage for the greater good"?
As I noted in a previous post, there are ways enough to punish people for their in-game behavior while keeping it in-game. No need to bring real names into it.
