They of course want to meet deadlines and expectations, but they are willing to break deadlines if it means delivering the finished product we all really want. You can rant and rave, you can speculate and grow impatient, but just remember to take it week by week and remind yourself that every day you're not yet playing ARR is a day that the game becomes better to play.
Yeah, I agree with you there. I think after what the game has been through with 1.0 that the majority of the community are concerned and have every right to be.

But with that being said it's not 2.0's release that I'm thinking about. What I was hunting for was reasoning behind why our servers are going down and if the 01/11/12 really was the very last day they can save. I've friends running around all over the place fishing for their achievements before they go and others striving to take down Garuda with their strategies before the engine change through fear of having to start at step 1 all over again.

But it looks like they've given us as long as they can and they have to stop our data come November. It's a shame but looks like we'll just have to prepare for it.

And sorry, Yukikaze, I pretty much abused shocking words there to remain in control of my thread but it looks like you're actually quite nice and I feel horribly guilty as a result!
