    2.0 Bags

    I been watching some of 2.0 stuff and I seen how they have the item bags will be like.

    There is small imrpovement I think they can add and that in 2.0 you flip/click threw menus toget to your next bag and there are 1 Menu that has 25 slot and theres 4 menus total.

    What they should do is when you open your bag all 4 menus get displayed on screen instead of one at a time. Also making 4 menu's into 1 single menu with 4 bags show all 100 slots. This would make it easyer to look for items at all your menu's at sametime.

    "One bag 100" option Yes please! Even Gw2 or wow with addons has this! (and even more mmo i suppose)

    Everything I've seen about the inventory system has me really cautious.

    Having to have duplicate items for gear sets.
    No materia sack, they will take up slots just like other items.
    Reduced to 100 slots.
    Macros for changing around items in sets. (Why not just macro the whole set of gear to equip at that point?)

    Bunch of different bags with no specified holding of a certain item just makes for messy and cluttered "look for this item" inventory. Maybe I'm jaded from all the failures but I just have no faith in SE to do the obvious realistic choice of design anymore.

    You will be forced to make macros anyway, either the gearsets will change or be completely useless because you cannot obtain more than 1 of many items, such as AF, likely Relics, Uniques, unless it some how considered your gearset to be not you (like you can have 3 uniques by putting 2 on retainer atm). So you will have to make gearsets to fix up many of the items you have to manually switch as you cant get more than 1, then its like "Why dont i just have a macro to do it all like i do in current game?" thus the system is a complete waste imo XD

    I kind of like seeing just 25 slots, it be nice for a full 100 view but it will likely organize my 25 into different stuff, 1: other gear, 2: weapons, 3: materials, 4: open for loots

    you're not the only person that has feelings like this. i know just from the chats i've had with different shells in voice alot of people have the same concerns.

    I've never played WoW. DO you guys think I'll be able to move an entire bag between my main and my retainer with just a few clicks?

    Also, I am under the impression that we get one gear set per class/job? So if I don't have WHM leveled I could use the gear set to store some SB gear for my BLM. I hope we get more than one per job. At least we should get one per CLASS in addition to one per JOB.

    or provide a toggle between slot bag and list like we currently have. i also hope we have a storage in our new houses that we could upgrade to increase capacity.
