We can all agree Hamlet Defense prereq was a retarded unnecessary first step though.

It's pretty much why I didn't even bother starting.

Drop rate is 100% if you are #1 provi and almost every run a seal if you are #2 or #3...
You just need to choose either to work hard to abolish the random factor from your progress by making into top 3 or work hard to spam hamlets without being Provi and pray to

AKA have more time and/or money than everyone else.
