Spell-casting animation..?

Yeah, I think it looks pretty bad too. Mostly when he casts stone and aero. Why is the rock effect around the caster instead of the monster he's casting on? :S

is really that wierd ? <_< btw some animation now have a "projectile" effect, like stone and some thunder spell
