Implement an Item Seek search

So just the same as the Item Search but this will find retainers that are seeking items. This could be a big help for people.

Also please allow me to seek for items even if I don't have them, this is one thing that really annoys me as most of the time if I had those items then I wouldn't be seeking them.

I think this is a great idea, I was actually thinking about something like this when I was in the market wards yesterday, would it be like when seeking repairs? Put the money up front and someone sells it to your retainer?

Yeah I like this. It would be very helpful for people to find me when I am trying to buy stuff.

I also think there should be an item search through the normal world. For example, a star over a player whose bazaar has my item.
