Yes, it does include this. It had always been common knowledge that Nevermore Nael Hard Mode will only be in 1.x and it is optional content to satisfy players who wanted a challenge outside of Relic Reborn.

I'm happy to finally see a list of discontinued content and was very surprised to see that we won't have a player bazaar and players will not be able to keep extra stocks of gil and crystals on our retainers. It was kinda nice to see gil cap won't change after all.
