All the mini map should show is monsters in the area around you. When I travel in mmo I tend to use the big map vs mini map. Since the mini map is so zoomed in.

A message warning people of zoning if on a levequest is a good Idea though. But mini map marker wouldn't work I will just look ugly. (played tons of mmo with them and no one made a decent looking marker)
Hey Kilta,

Basically how it works now is the zones are huge but they are split over many servers in order to manage them it all. So as you are running behind someone when they cross to the next server they will disappear until you yourself cross the line and enter the next server. It's strange because you think it is all one big zone as there is no loading screen when in fact it is not really. It is lots of smaller zones over many servers to create a big zone.

I think what this topic is about is not the "zone" lines but actually the server lines, where you transfer from one server to the next. If you do this while on a leve then you will fail the leve as the area for the leve will be within the bounds of that server and if you cross to a different server then it auto fails the leve.

Hope that explains it a bit better maybe someone more technical can explain better than I can as to how it works.
