While some advocate about class distinction or class equality... I say that's b/s because all the classes aren't equal in the first place. The opportunity is there that they can all surpass each other but that requires some user skill and some decent gear.

By the sound of some posts in this thread you can tell the ones who complain about so called "class equality" are the ones that either play horribly or put less than minimal effort to get decent gear(which honestly isn't hard at all).

In the end, I feel it is the player that makes the class/job and not the class/job that makes the class/job.

You realize that if all the classes have the opportunity to surpass each other, then that gives them equal potential for greatness, right? You're only supporting the equality concept that you seem to be trying to dismiss.
