Going by the road map, if everything goes as plan. The beta starts in November 2012, roughly around the beginning to middle. The release should be no later than middle of January as the free trial is a month long and looks like that end in the middle of Feb. 2013. I personally think the game will be out by the end of the year.

My guesses!

April 19th for general release so that PC/PS3 is simultaneous, with no early access period for CE(2) holders.

Closed beta (PC only) to start on 1st December for PC and open (for both) on 5th January and run to start of April.

I agree with this. I think sometime between March and June of 2013 (for the official release) is a pretty reasonable time frame. I could see it going even later if there are a lot of problems/setbacks in development, but I wouldn't expect it to happen much earlier.

If it's going to be so late, then why is the savepoint November? The least they could do is postpone the save point.
