I'm quite sure it was written somewhere that they will bring back 'traditionnal' mosters from other FF and create some new monsters that looks more like FF monsters compared to squirrels.

Well standard animal mobs have been a staple to FF since the first game, so having SOME ordinary animals as mobs is not out of place at all.
For quite a while you only fight those animals - when my wife first saw me playing she was like "Why are you always beating up cute animals - that's a really weird game".
I had nothing to say back XD lol
The answer is the same now as it was when I played FFXI "It is cute, but it has to die". My kids didn't like me killing mandragora or those little seedling things... god they were cute, what were they called? Lets have those back too.
I would like to see naga back in some form or another.

Oh, I'd love to see those adorable little blob leeches back.
You mean saplings? I didn't think they were very cute, lol...The answer is the same now as it was when I played FFXI "It is cute, but it has to die". My kids didn't like me killing mandragora or those little seedling things... god they were cute, what were they called? Lets have those back too.

MULTIPOST!! Also, I would LOVE to see Crawlers like those in XI. For some reason I really liked them. And we already have crawler cocoons in XIV, so where are the crawlers??
That's pretty standard for FF also. I just finished playing FF1, and most of what I fought was wolves and birds and horses, and a bunch of other ordinary animals.
