While I do agree that MMO companies do nothing but ruin a game by listening too much to the *****ing and moaning of little kids, they still have to listen to their customers.

People need to have fun with a game if they are going to continue playing it. And one of the ways they ensure it's fun is by finding out what people want. Not everyone agrees on "what they want" however, and therein lies the problem.

MMO companies have to draw a line to how much they will cave in to moronic whining. And where they draw that line is really the determination factor as to whether or not your game does well.
