    No, the only ones that have the pinwheel are items that can be converted. You will get a notification in the log when it is complete, but it is easy to overlook. Beyond that, the only way to tell is to return to the NPC who you're supposed to turn it in to.

    The devs have said they're looking into ways of making it more obvious, but to not expect anything until 2.0.
