    sigh that's too bad, my friend wanted to see game play and i feel like 720 doesn't do it justice.

    It looks fine in 720. 1080 doesn't make it look any more "stunning", it just makes it a bit sharper. Depending on your vision/distance from the TV/size of the screen, some people can't even tell the difference between 1080 and 720.

    Who said anything about stunning? 1080p has more detail. Why did you even post?

    Why did *you* even post? I posted because I had something to say. Same reason anyone posts?

    More detail doesn't help if your visual acuity or viewing environment doesn't allow you to see the additional detail. The video can be appriciated in 720p just fine. There isn't a 1080p version, so you'll just have to deal with it.
