I agree with you to a point it's mainly why my signature add doesn't say "Do it now!" but encourage you to be heard as a community member.

I'm also a person who personally is little effected by flashy attempts to grab my attention, but I think the general post speaks for itself aside from my occasion flash grabs to garner a few extra likes. Perhaps I shall tone it down a tad in the OP the message speaks for itself.
