Most efficient Dragoon Skill bar setup?

Bar 1: True Thrust - Heavy Thrust - Leg Sweep - Doom Spike - Keen Flurry - Life Surge - Jump - Quelling Strike - Invigorate - Second Wind

Bar 2: Vorpal - Impulse - Chaos - RoT - Blindside - Power Surge - DFD - Empty (or Throw if I forget to move it) - BfB - Hawk's Eye

Bar 3: Full Thrust - Feint - Disembowel - Chameleon - Elusive Jump - 2 empty - Dread Spike - empty - Throw (if I remember to move it at job change)

Front combo on bar 1, rear combo on bar 2, reactives and hate dumps on bar 3. I don't use any macros on dragoon at all except my job change macros.

Edit: Switched to drg and checked on the stuff I couldn't remember.
