    Just to clarify, it's 1 per server for the 12.99 "entry-level" sub, 8 per server for the 14.99 "normal rate" sub. The extra characters per server isn't a legacy perk, just that we pay less than either of those options for the 14.99 deal.

    I was under the impression that legacy rate was 9.99.

    Correct, which is why that means we pay less than either of the standard payment options, for what you get for the 14.99 option.

    Everyone gets at least 1 character per server. If you're just triyng to experience the storyline, it doesn't matter which server you're on. Make three characters and play each nation's quests. Once you've done that, go back to playing your main. Either that or go look at the cutscenes on youtube, as none of the quests are anything special.
