    I haven't kept track of everything that has been said so is there any information out there for any changes/ impact on food in FFXIV ARR?

    Don't have any hard facts on changes to the effects themselves, but I imagine Yoshi-P will keep there basic effects the same. Buffs over a longer time period compared to medicines, but weaker.

    We received some feedback stating that compared to HQ equipment, there are no real boons for using HQ foods. We brought this to the Development Team's attention and we were able to procure a bit of tasty information.

    While reviewing the battle balance in A Realm Reborn, we will be looking into the benefits of HQ food. This is to ensure your highest quality dishes will rightfully power and inspire any hungry soul.

    Can you ask them why some foods still have 8 ingredients while most other crafts were lowered to half the materials or so? I suppose it's because a stack of food can last a long time, just wondering

    go to the kitchen and find out that cooking need lots of ingredients
