Aren't they planing to make some "new" servers where old players cannot transfer to? for those new players that want to be part of a brand new game/economy?

You are correct~ New players may transfer to a new player only server and frankly it's probably recommended they do that. Because SE isn't making it easy for us to come together easily. Though I really want fresh blood ( ) into my server, we need a revive.

Or maybe if you poor 1.0 players can play on the 2.0 newbie servers
