Really the case goes two ways, either they thought dawn drop abuse was not rampant enough to warrant a fix or they weren't aware of it.

Either way - they obviously dont agree with whats happening so they are changing it.

But they are slow to respond, tentive to respond, whatever word. Just like what happened with Garuda - were a bunch of people did really easy fights and got loaded with her weapons. Now everyone else has to slowly climb the mountain as the BLM burns giggle at you because they got to keep theirs.

Now this is partly due to information I didnt know previously, apparently they were on a really important holiday week; however, when they came back they should have fixed what had happened.

Not "Well the dam flooded your village, but hey at least I stopped the dam from leaking". lol
