New forum feature: ignore list

The forum should allow a user to filter (hide) any thread or posts made another user part of his blacklist from every parts of the forum, including search and the hot topics section. This could be a compromise instead of a "dislike button". A user should be able to add another user to his blacklist using a simple button similar to the "like" button.

Implementation example

Click name > View Profile > Add to Ignore List.
