Player housing , make it account bound

no cross-server would bring to many problems whit them ppl would exploit it to buy cheap on one server and sell expensive on other servers , just the all your characters on server X share a one house on that server

your "main" character buy's a house for like say 5 million gill and he will be the one able to do changes and all other stuff to the house , your other characters can just enter the places unrestricted and drop of take out times and enjoy the prity house you made for your self

this will lower avoid the sending back and forth of items on same player characters
and you can put all your time and money in pimping out one realy nice house instead of having to buy 4-5 smaller houses on all the characters

i prefer to spend time on one thing and making it the best it can be than doing the same thing 4-5 times and doing lesser of a job of it

That sounds like its a good idea. I just wasnt sure how far people were thinking of taking the account binding. Account + Server bind makes sense. Although they are having a cross server instance matchmaking feature (if i'm understanding them correctly) kind of like the dungeon finder in WoW.

I dont understand how your first sentence would work though, if it is account bound and cross server, how would someone sell a plot of land? Wouldnt that have been the whole point of having it account bound? either way i would like to see it account bound at the very least so we dont have people trying to turn a profit on land, they do enough of that with items that they get for free already.

with that buying cheap comment , i meant buying cheap items on one server and than transferring them to other servers
that should not be allowed

as i understand the lands would be a fixt price by SE , player to player land swapping inst going to be in the game
these things are gil sinks for se wy would they allow ppl to trade them

Then is better to say "Character Bound with some restriction" not "Account Bound" as that contradict it self for character being on another server.

Just Saying' because is confusing with how they want the 1 account = many characters that are not limited to one server.

It could be Account and Server bound. i kinda like the idea of seeing my other Chr's on that server roaming my house and tending the lawn, suntanning, etc. it would be a neat way to switch chrs without having to log out, but i bet that is a much more complicated beast to tackle.
