Problem comes from trailers. Leads to too much speculation. They are full of 1 second clips they are in effect no news at all. Too secretive and leads to suspisions and doubts as well as wild speculation.
Much better approach would be videos about 2 to 3 minutes long focused on one aspect, sort of like the Far Cry 3 trailers where you can appreciate the different aspects individually and understand what you can actually do in the game.
Also over reliance on low settings doesnt seem to help. When will they actually optimise the graphics? When will Wada buy Yoshi a new pc?
Try it Once.. Scream that you hate FFXIV: ARR, then back to still playing a game you hate/pay for. Seems legit

I'm seeing so much trolling, slowly i'm becoming a troll.

always looking for good people.

Just skip the posts/threads you don't want to read.
I read most of the threads but if the discussion isn't worth reading I just skim through it and skip.
You should just skip the threads that doesn't interest you, I know the reps/devs have to check them out as well but I'm sure they aren't taking every word players on this forum is posting, if they did that this game wouldn't be a Final Fantasy Square-Enix made.
I just saw Bakuman - Japanese manga/anime which is about these two guys who want to become a professional manga artist (really good manga/anime btw) anyways there is one episode where they are out of ideas to fix their manga so the writer tries to use the ideas written in fan mail into their comic and when they have the publishing company read it the publishing company staff gets mad at them since they took away their own work and put in too much fan's request it wasn't their manga any more but what those few fans wanted to see.... same idea here lol
If the end result becomes something that YOU didn't want, don't complain this is their game and they can do whatever they want with it. Either way the end result on number of players and how long this game will survive in the future will show. We give as much feedbacks we can and that's it, it's up to the devs to take those ideas in or not.
Either way the mods are checking the forums carefully so if the forum discussion becomes too childish or dumbed down they will lock them up or delete so it's all good in my opinion.

The problem is that there are some many threads that are not interesting to read.
One day I finally saw a positive thread about ARR, the first 2 pages are people saying they like what they see from ARR. After page 2, people start bashing the game again =_= As if they couldn't do it in the other 92793 threads.
It's also like that in many other threads. First few pages are interesting, the rest is mostly crap.
Edit : If I'm still reading these forums, it's because of the new informations we can find, your translatations included.
I'm not sure why people get so bent out of shape just because people are discussing topics (A variaty of topics) on a message board designed for...discussing topics about the game and how we as players feel it should move forward.
SE: Ok guys here are some forums for you to discuss and give us feedback on the game.
Peeps: "Large ammount of back-forth on feedback on how people feel the game should evolve"
Derp: GUYZ! I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD GIVE THEM FEEDBACK ANYMOE
Just because your not a fan of the topics some people feel like discussing, doesn't mean they should stop for your sake. There are tons of other threads for you to read and posting in the threads you dislike just to point out how much you dislike them only perpetuates the discussion that you are trying to avoid in the first place.
On a open forum for discussion....people happen to do just that.
