The Raven, Nevermore - Looking for Members

This is just a head's-up:

Currently I am looking to form a serious group of English-speaking players on Ragnarok (preferably on EST time but as long as we can all group it's fine - I'm most available after 8 p.m.) to win this fight.

I currently have PLD & WAR at 50, deciding on whether to do WHM or DRG next as well. This is a seriously brutal fight - and as such, will require top-notch gear. That's why I'd like to try and get some speed runs going for AV and CC, to make sure everyone has what they'll need to face Nael.

If you're interested, let me know on here or in-game and I'll add you to my friends list. Some members of the LS I'm in, The Red Tails, are also interested but I don't think we have enough people who are either on the fight or determined to beat it for the White Ravens.

I for one, do not want to let these bad boys slip from my grasp before 2.0 starts.

And I don't mean just for myself either - I wanna make sure everyone in the group has adequate gear. Nael is no joke when he enters his 2nd phase in this one, spams TP attacks relentlessly.

Okay here's a roster update so far:

Myself, Diziet Sma, Allistar Knightroad, Malek Tsunami, Hayden Blackwood and one other (sorry I can't remember your name lol but you know who you are ^_^)

Alistar, Malek & Hayden are LS mates and we're trying to give priority to other shell members as well, so hopefully we'll have a full group for this by the end of the week.

I'm willing to dedicate the rest of 1.0 purely for this as there isn't anything else I want to do until ARR now.

I have everything 50 but would be comfortable playing WHM > BLM > MNK.

Would you mind going THM over BLM? THM is better due to access to Stoneskin & Raise I believe (it's an endurance battle so survivability does matter).

And this is perfect, we're officially at 8 now. Send me a tell in-game so I can add you to my friends list and I'll get our roster sorted out and we can start doing runs for Cutter's Cry/Garuda etc as warm ups and to get gear. We need to make sure everyone has a Lunar curtain as well.

Just to clarify, I want a serious but friendly attitude here: 5 of us are all part of a LS, and are still working our way up. But we all want to win this, so there needs to be a good level of commitment here. But we're not elitist jerks either so just remember that.

I myself am still trying to get my PLD out of AF and into some proper endgame gear (also working on leveling LNC for DRG - we have more than enough ppl who have WHM and BRD, I'm only worried about making sure we've got a pair of THM)

Please see me in-game for a pearl, and post what times are best for you on this thread. Allistar and I will try to co-ordinate what days & times are best to do CC/AV/Garuda runs. I do not want to actually face Nael until everyone feels they're ready, and we have a decent supply of Lunar Curtains (at least 2-3 each, as I doubt we'll win on the 1st try. You can only use 1 per fight and it's near the start to survive his uber Mega Flare).
