You only take into account the NA forums, this topic has been a very heated discussion on all of the other regional forums aswell. Out of all that weighed in more were in favor of it then not.

Think of auto-attack as a mechanic, rather than an end-all solution.


If it becomes an end-all solution, then that means the game is poorly balanced. (which reminds me...........)

the masses are not playing, cos the game have NO advertisement, and everyone says the game is horrible. even if this would be best game ever, the bad name will stay, at least for 12-18 months. and people gave ga,e bad reveievs, becouse they were too lazy to realy learn the mechanics and coupled with miriads of small but annoying problems, created common opinion.

also 'masses' are too dumb and lazy to play good game. they want a game that you can pwn noobs with single button.

Also yuo can turn of autofacing (config-> auto lock OFF) butr it keeps returning for me everytime i restart game >_>

Battle involvement CANNOT stay ythe same with autoatack. its the definition of automating something: reduction of human involvement.

For what it's worth, WoW has autoattack and it has next to zero impact on involvement. It represents roughly 5% of my damage output, and I activate an ability every 1-2 seconds on top of that. So it's not like adding auto attack to the game suddenly means you're just watching your character attack now.

indeed it have next to 0 impact on involvement. The game is too boring anyway <_< so simplifiedit makes you go and puke. Simplification and skillspam.
