Give players incentive to play tanks and healers in Content finder

Since content finder will be one of the major ways people do content in ARR there is bound to be a few problems that pop up with it. I can see one already.

In WoW which has dungeon finder there is a big problem with people not wanting to take on the responsibility to play tanks and healers, they rather play mindless dps. So if your a tank or healer you get a instant queue really fast. While DPS have to wait like 30 min. So Blizzard started bribing people with bonus bags that had a lot of gold, food, potions, mounts and pets if they successfully beat a dungeon as a tank or healer. So now it only takes 8 min for dps to get a group.

So devs fix the problem before it happens in ARR. Give the tanks and healers a bag with extra gil and chance a rare mount for queuing up in the content finder. It will reduce queue times for those dps players by a lot. Win-Win for everyone.

Considering this game isn't like wow, and you can have all the jobs on the same character if you so choose, many people have a tank, a healer, and a dps leveled; if not everything. I don't think this will ever be an issue, and I think it's in bad taste to reward some players over others for doing nothing.

That's not what happens at all. It works well in WoW. People still mainly play DPS because it's easy.

I loved BRD in XI because it was so easy to find a group. (Also it was the best job ever, still waiting for my instruments in XIV SE)

You have an instrument- you just have to do the relic weapon quest to get it. And it's permanently attached to your weapon.
