YouTube likes to degrade the original quality of an uploaded video, the stuttering we see I bet is actually is more YouTube's fault then SE. This is just a guess though.

Oh damn.. what happened to gaming? -.-
It's just a 2 min trailer. You saw around 2 hours of gameplay and there was no lag at all. Why should they create a crappy trailer if gameplay actually looked good? Just the same with the 2D grass. Why do you guys expect that much from a game? It's just the same mistake you did 2 years ago.

I am happy they are showing stuff even when it is pre-alpha.

Rukkiri already posted what happened. The trailer shown at the TGS had no lag or whatsoever.
It was an encoding problem when uploading it to Youtube.
