Guys, unless Yoshida is referring to the very first Letter From The Producer Live, this is just him saying the footage is more than a week old.. which would be perfectly understandable and to bash that is just stupid.

Now if it's older than the very first Letter From The Producer Live.. they need to fire the guy that puts together video footage.

regardless, they screwed up big time with this video. do you not watch the video once it goes live? the trailer in general is terrible. it shows nothing new or exciting and mixes the in-game footage with a bunch of cinematic that we've already been given multiple times. their marketing team is completely clueless on how to hype something up.

Yes, but with A Realm Reborn being so awful...you're essentially seeing the end of days for your Final Fantasy XIV career. It's like wanting to play the game after November 1. Yes, you can play it, but you are going to lose everything, so it's literally the biggest waste of time, and this game is already a time sink.

You've seen the ship set sail, and you've made your decision that you don't like what you see. Spend your time playing all those "Korean MMOs" I keep hearing SO MUCH about instead of wasting your time with this game, which can't be good ever because of all the changes you haven't had a chance to actually try yet.

Really SE flubbed that marketing opportunity though - they should have shown nothing if thats all they had for TGS.

They need to drop that youtube video asap, or update the whole video with what they -really- have right now.
