It is "streaky". Sometimes they are rare, sometimes they are very, very common. One night my party had more sledgehammers than we could pass around, and even a bracelet.

No reason for them not to. Speed completion was listed as no longer being a condition for rewards, but this stage of Relics doesn't require speed.

Presently is fair. Why fix something that is not broken? If you score over 60k, droprate increases drastically. 65k, 70k? Some say its even higher. Provisioning top 3? very, very common droprate.
