    Grand Company Future & Seal Caps

    I've been pondering...the trailer with the female speaking has GCs on Chocobo in it...but that is during the final struggles at the end of the current version. The latest trailer with the limit break all 2.0 stuff has chocobos with no GC...is this a sign that Grand Companies are dissolving in 2.0? Is that why foundation day event is giving away so many seals? Giving everyone their last chance at these items?

    Also, I'm frustrated with the seal cap at 50,000. I'm fine with the cap value...the issue is hitting the cap because I have a really weird 49,627 seals. There's no way for me to cap it off as overflow won't allow me claim...if I try to turn in another 4 Over-aspected crystals it'll deny me. I can start using my seals...but I'm not sure I know how to get it to an even number or a number that will allow me to reach 50,000.

    Oh yeah hm....duh...LOL I forgot about that...ha haha I finished those a while back forgot they award small seal counts. Thanks.

    I'm pretty sure GCs are here to stay. Reason I think that is in the thread that they told us what achievements would no longer be in 2.0 there wasn't any of the GC achievements.

    The only thing that frustrates me about the seal cap is promotions.

    Last promotion was 25k. Next one: 40k???

    Then you're left with 10k seals? Can't buy anything at next rank with that.

    So if you cap your seals waiting for next round of cool equipment to buy you can't really win because you're going to be spending it all on promotion. I like to be able to work ahead of time, save seals up so that when promotion comes I have seals to buy some nice stuff right away instead of waiting weeks while I find time to slave away on Caravan.

    Well in 2.0, Legacy members are getting a non GC affiliated chocobo. So I'm assuming not ALL chocobos will be GC affiliated. Perhaps only the one will be.
