If we are too have regional servers, there should be one global market ward. Servers will run into items getting crafted and sold in markets during that servers regions prime time. I just think one of the pros to global server is a global economy. Not an economy revolving around that servers regional prime time for sales. Yay i can play with my friends cross seas through content finder, that is good. But can i buy and sell wares with them in markets?

I don't have so much of a problem with the regional servers outside of not having a global market. If the content finder is gonna work.

can you give a link to a dev post or something SE official that says we will have 1 market wards for all regions/worlds skadi? I have not been able too find any info out other than peoples speculations in other posts.

We dont need a global economy. Server economy will be just fine. You run the risk of having certain people or linkshells ruling the market for big time items. Imagine if we had a global economy in real life, china would be king and no one else would make profit but them. It's just not worth it.

News flash: almost everything is manufactured in China anyway, and owns the United States' ass due to their debt.

I believe Guild Wars 2 has something like this in their game. At least I don't think one server is generating 1000 of any one item at a time in the AH, but I could be wrong.

But we all are apart of a global economy in real life. I.E: Lets say you live in North America, When you buy computer parts or that nice new 100" sony bravia you've always wanted, do you think all your money goes too that one Best Buy chain by your house? Best Buy will will take their markup off the top, and then the rest of the money is going to go too japan/taiwan/china anyways since that's who Best Buy had too buy off of. Even if you bought an xbox 360 which is technically an american company, they still bought their processors for them from taiwan. And the plastic beads which are melted and injected into molds to make the casing are from china.

I'm not sure I understand your problem o_ô
Stuff is being sold 24/7 anyways, so who cares when exactly an item is created? It will be in the market wards/AH for 24 hours a day, it doesn't matter if it was created at 7 am or 10 pm...?

I might not agreee with some people like Jynx who hate the idea of regional servers, but I at least basically understand where they come from.
But your "problem" makes no sense at all °-°
