Ya well the arrow law was already in place.... -.-I think we are going off different opinions of what immersion is. You mentioning arrows being finite as immersion makes me feel your opinion of immersion is not of mine. Rather then argue my opinion of immersion into yours I just used what I thought you thought of it lol.
Because I like the story of Batman doesn't mean I feel like I in there with him.
Good story != Immersion.
Like graphics != aesthetics
Like I said perhaps a different word could be used for a better general understanding. But FF doesnt give a crap about following the laws of the real word, they are constantly giving the bird to real word laws.
If they changed the look of arrows to be "magical arrows" FINE, JUSTIFIED!
But these are materials, materials cannot be infinite.
The realism argument fails because not everything else in the game is realistic too, and trying to apply it to just this one thing is special pleading.
You guys are doing it wrong.
Stop responding to Rokien. People have been at him for months. You can't fix it.
As I have stated before, realism needs to be there to help create a connection to the game! Leave fantasy where fantasy belongs, leave the basics alone.
