    They are planning on implimenting Samurai and Ninja. With Ninja, they need to make it more different than it's FFXI counterpart. Like many of us have stated before, NIN was never destined to be a tank, but us players figured that out later on.

    Well it is possible perhaps Ninjutsu magic will be "elemental"/chakra based. Like instead of using a pool of mana they could have a pool of chakra. If we take the original NIN into account then the NIN could have the chakra of Fire/Water/Thunder, with another class/job that could cover the chakra of Earth/Ice/Wind.

    The concept could basically be instead of mp, the would have 3 chakra reserves 99/99/99 Fire/Water/Thunder, the basic elemental spells would only use one chakra type while other spells like enfeebles/enhancements would use two chakra reserves.

    For example mirage could be a combination of both fire/water chakra, in the sense that the 10 fire chakra combined with the 5 water chakra overpowers the water turning it into water vapor which can then be manipulated to imitate the idea of a second image being made of the user.

    But ya I would say most likely there will be no consumables in the game if they are making this chance to ARC so odds are they could just create different concepts when creating new classes/jobs to keep the uniqueness of them without having to stress out peoples inventories.

    The adjustment is more so about the damage values on bows since they used to work together with arrow damage values. Now they'll have their own damage values without any ammo consideration.

    Also Archer/ Bards will never be highest single target DPS. They shouldn't anyway.

    Forgive me if someone already asked this, but what will happen to existing arrows? Will they just disappear? Will they be converted to unique/untradeable dated items? Can we even equip them? I'm not an ARC/BRD, but I'm curious how this will be handled.

    Arrows NPC for 1 gil. It was said that anything under a certain amount or worth only 1 gil will be converted to its monetary value in 2.0.

    Based upon the Chinese elements (and the jutsu was used in FFTA for NIN), it's Metal, Wood, Earth, Fire, Wind, Water.
