There is a new player in my social shell, they have one class at lv 50 and yet they have made 50M + in the last week, how anyone can think that this is not totally ludicrous is beyond me. Ok it was a bug, not an exploit or a 'cheat' but it has just the same detrimental effect on the game.

This is how the mentality generally works -- People who benefited from it or currently using it are perfectly happy with it; Meanwhile those who aren't benefiting from it (purposefully so) can see the issue with it because they're not overlooking a flaw due to the profit they just made.

Its not even a bug. A bug is something not foreseen but the gil gain through seals was.
But yes, they should have made smaller rewards.
